Nike Zoom Flight 98 ‘The Glove’ – Miami Heat Edition
Another new colorway is added to the lineup of upcoming Nike Zoom Flight 98 Retro releases and this one looks pretty nice.
This pair pays homage to Gary Payton’s Championship team, the Miami Heat, where he won his one and only ring while playing with a pretty nice roster that included Dwyane Wade, Shaq, Alonzo Mourning & one of my favorites… Jason Williams.
I think if they would have reversed the midsole colors then it would have given these a cleaner look but anything is better than the last couple of colorways we’ve recently seen.

adidas Crazyquick Black/ Red – White – Detailed Look + Release Info
More colorways will continue to be featured on adidas’ Crazyquick and the next colorway will feature the fan favorite – black and red.
Red is placed along the upper in gradient fashion and it doesn’t look half bad. Definitely not the brightest colorway to be unveiled but subtlety is always accepted when on-court.
Hit the jump for more detailed images and if you like what you see then you can grab a pair on July 1st at adidas Basketball accounts including adidas.com.
Sneakers That Will Be Un-Deadstocked By Industry Insiders This Summer
The good folks over at Complex decided to ask key industry insiders which pair of DS sneakers they plan on busting out this summer season.
The list goes pretty deep and is full of awesome sneakers (and people for that matter) which include older releases and OG’s. Surprisingly enough… I was considered an industry insider and asked which pair I planned on breaking out this summer and there was only 1 pair that I had in mind.
Head over to Complex to see the list and you might want to keep an eye on my Instagram to see when it goes down.
Nike Zoom KD VI – Upcoming Colorways
There are a couple of new colorways expected to released within the Nike Zoom KD VI lineup.
I’m personally not a fan of the look and color placement as they definitely give off a Soccer vibe rather than a hoop vibe. I dont mind the Soccer inspiration at all when it comes to the design but basketball shoes should look like basketball shoes… to me at lease. In case you are wondering, no… I did not like the Mambacurial Kobe 8′s.
Take a look at the images after the jump and share your thoughts on the subject as well.
Jordan CP3.VII
There is good news and there is great news regarding the Jordan Brand CP3 line.
The good news; everything that worked on the last model (Jordan CP3.VI & CP3.VI AE) is back on the new model. The great news; they have more tech than ever before. Dynamic Flywire is featured on the CP3.VII and we have only seen Flywire used once on the CP3.V. Podulon has been retooled and is now lighter and more responsive… along with that they’ve given it a new name – Podulite. In addition to the Podulite, there is also a Zoom Air unit directly under the ball of the foot (strike zone) much like the Zoom units found in the
Kobe V & VI.
If you aren’t drooling right now then you’re probably sleeping.
Air Jordan XX8 SE
Everyone wanted to see what the Air Jordan XX8 would look like with the shroud removed and now you have four examples featuring the new look which has been dubbed the Air Jordan XX8 SE (Special Edition).
These should boast the same performance overall but with one major difference, these will breath better than the original XX8′s. The same awesome traction, Cushion, Flight Plate and Dynamic Fit system are still in place and that should make most hoopers huge fans and it looks like the colorways will be great as well.
Take a look after the jump and let me know if you’ll be going after a pair so you can experience what all the commotion is about.
5 Tips For Starting A Sneaker Review Youtube Channel
For those of you who wish to – or maybe already have – start a YouTube Channel reviewing sneakers, here are some really great tips from fellow YouTuber, TBlake.
He gives off 5 tips that I personally think are helpful when you are on the outside looking in. I received emails on a daily basis from those who wish to start a Channel and the first thing they say is that they want to start a Channel and get free shoes… that is the wrong way to go about it.
I will give you one additional piece of advice after the jump – from my perspective – and you can also view the video after the jump as well. As usual, feel free to share your thoughts and opinions down below in the comment section.
Nike Air Up Retro 2014
With the success of 90′s classics at an all time high, Nike shows no signs of slowing down with the Retro releases.
We’ve had the Nike Air Way Up retro this year and in 2014 the model that came before them will resurface at retailers once more. These were worn throughout the NBA back in their heyday but it was Scottie Pippen and most notably Penny Hardaway that made them must haves.
Let me know what you think of the classic Nike Air Up returning in Retro form after the jump in the comment section.
