adidas Rose 3.5 On-Court Performance Test with KickGenius

adidas Rose 3.5 On-Court Performance Test with KickGenius

I dont know about you, but I’ve been anticipating the adidas Rose 3.5 On-Court Performance Test with KickGenius for a minute now.

Not because I wanted to know how the Rose 3.5 performed… because I wanted everyone else to realize that you shouldn’t be fooled by a slight modification to the upper when nothing on the shoe itself has been changed. Midsole, outsole, traction, SprintFrame… its all the same which means the Last (shape used to make the shoe), cushion, traction and support will be the same as well. Only difference comes from the redesign and the materials. Other than that… its the same shoe.

Take a look as KickGenius takes the adidas Rose 3.5 to the court and make sure to subscribe to their YouTube Channel.

thanks man. just hope some people who are asking for reviews use their common sense on obvious shoe differences that don’t affect performance.

Offended by the insulting degrading word used in this video and I don’t think NightWing would support that. Also..a rebuttle to people commenting about a lowered rim with a steel measuring stick or anything is childish.

At first I was skeptical about this shoe as well. Aesthetically, there are minor differences but looks to be the same shoe. I already own the Adidas Rose 3s in the Away CW but I went out on a limb and purchased the Adidas Rose 3.5 Joy Blues as I’m attempting to collect all his all star colorways. To my surprise these actually performed different then the 3s. The materials used feel a lot nicer, there are no seams so the fit is DEAD on. Also I believe the foam compound they used on the 3.5s are different from the 3s. The cushioning on the 3.5s are definitely more plush, and offers a better step in comfort. The only portion that I am absolutely appalled by from the Adidas Rose 3 and 3,5s, is the lack of traction on these models. I’ve been hooping in the 3s since its release date and the traction still is subpar compared nikes and the older drose models. Adidas really needs to fix the traction their shoes.

I still don’t understand why all the new adidas shoes have pretty much close to zero cushioning; yeah i understand they need to get lighter but nike managed it without losing cushioning…
