This is likely to end up a Hypebeasts’ highest priority, but I think these are really sick. I’m always into shoes that push the envelope when it comes to colorways and design (something I feel the AJ28 embodies to the fullest extent), it’s a shame that most of those things are targeted by casual consumers and resellers. I probably wouldn’t be able to find these if I wanted to.
Imagine hitting the court in these, though.
It has no true affect on performance but I always feel good when I’m wearing something that isn’t commonly seen/worn by others.
I only have one pair of J’s (retro 6) and people still look surprised and confused when I play in them, I could only imagine the shock and disappointment in people when you are coming through with the concords and foams and shit lol.
I mean, lets be real, the Ektio’s might perform like beasts but they don’t turn heads. Sometimes you just gotta sacrifice for the greater good haha
