Nike Basketball ‘Easter Pack’ – Release Date + Info
Vivid special-edition basketball colorways inspired by Easter egg decorating tradition.
I was just talking about these with my basketball buddies last night and I mentioned that the Kobe 8 looked like a dyed egg. For the record, I like the colors… not so much the execution. The LeBron & KD look the best in my opinion.
Easter egg hunts may be for kids, but the hunt for unique Nike Basketball shoes welcomes all comers. In anticipation of Easter Sunday, March 31, Nike will release special spring colorways for the LEBRON X LOW, KOBE 8 SYSTEM and KD V on March 29.
Nike Basketball designers drew on the tradition of painting, dying and decorating Easter eggs as inspiration for the collection’s pastel-colored palette.
LEBRON X LOW
The LEBRON X LOW, LeBron James’s new low-cut signature shoe, continues the celebration of his 10-year partnership with Nike Basketball. The low version debuts in this special colorway, with mint as the base color of the shoe and a graphic collar-lining in Easter-egg hues .
The LEBRON X LOW features a basketball-specific Max Air 360 unit that provides maximum impact protection and a smooth ride. Hyperfuse construction with Flywire technology provides dynamic containment for optimal performance. The low-cut upper offers lightweight comfort and free range of motion.
KOBE 8 SYSTEM
The vivid color-blocking of the KOBE 8 SYSTEM overlays egg-painting technique on Kobe’s signature snakeskin pattern throughout the upper. Innovative Nike Engineered Mesh enables incredible use of color, which is fully leveraged in this edition.

KD V
The KD V features soft green tones with playful paint patterns on the Swoosh, tongue and visible Max Air unit in the heel.

The KD’s and Kobe’s are nice. I dont like lebron lows though, Looks like the lebron 8 low and the 2012 nike hyperdunk mixed into one shoe.

Together they dont look great. The Lows just look like it was a half ass attempt at making a low top design of the tens
I’ll take the KDVs in this pack. I like the KB8′s colors but it got lost in how it got applied to the upper.
