VIDEO: Derrick Rose Wears adidas Rose 3.5 to Practice in Boston
Derrick Rose has been practicing for a bit now but today is the first time he has been seen wearing the adidas Rose 3.5.
They look great on-court and should look even better in action.
Take a look after the jump and prepare yourself for #TheReturn.

Hi night wing,
Do you reckon insoles in general are good?
(I already sent you a email on the contact section but your probably too busy to answer)
Ive used them before and have stated theyre a simple way to implement cushion into an otherwise uncomfortable shoes. I never received your email btw.
Ah I put the message in the contact section ( does that not go to your email?)
Anyway, I just wanted to ask about the insoles because an assistant recommended insoles when I bought a pair of superflys, do you think the superflys need them?
Thanks heaps
Speaking of Adidas, any plans on returning to your review of the Top Ten 2000? Hahahaha. Especially when your hand heals. I just noticed that a lot of Adidas guys in the NBA wear it more than the newer models.
They didn’t need him last night. Allthough, they would have blown them out if he was back. I still say Adidas was 100% responsible for his injury despite what most say. The crazy light gave him zero support and caused his injury. (Lawsuit) Iman Shumpert was hurt as well for Adidas (my favorite player) but, dont know if his knee was their fault. The NBA and that slow big Chicago team need Rose back.
At this point, surely you’re doing it to cause a stir. Oh well, I bit. Was Revis wearing Adidas when he tore his? Ricky Rubio? Rose wasn’t even wearing the crazy light when the injury happened and if support is your claim, Shump was wearing top tens against Miami. Somehow the Adi athletes are the focus and yet all of the Nike athletes that sustained the same injury don’t command focus. In this case, perception > reality. The shoes have nothing to do with the injury. Wake up.
You know he was doing this for attention. Shoes can cause discomfort and maybe some types of injury but I’m sure that his playing style contributed more than anything. He will learn like most players who play that way (ie: Wade) that you can only do that for but so long before you are forced to alter your game.
Go look at it. He plants on his left heel after a hop step and tge ankle rolls causing his MCL and ACL to tear. Learn anatomy. Ankle doesnt roll….he is fine. It was the shoes. Redesigned just bychance with much more ankle support after the injury.
he never rolled his ankle. his knee gave in.
You learn anatomy. You are a clown of to highest order and obviously have zero background in sport or medicine. His ankle had absolutely no bearing on his ACL tear. His injury was the result of deconditioning, as he’d missed most of the season with multiple injuries. He was not close to full strength and his muscles were in a weakened state-when he planted, they didn’t respond (fire) as they would if he were at full strength and thus, couldn’t stabilize his knee. For everyone familiar with his game, he cuts and slashes violently with considerable force. So keep in mind, a deconditioned body in a weakened state at the end of a game where he would be most fatigued. Anyone familiar with the body will understand. Go read.
You did an insole video. No one does their own research anymore
It’s funny how people blame the shoes for Derricks injury. But they don”t blame his play style. Rose plays with blinding speed quick direction changes and spins all things that can tear an acl. When you tear you acl its when your foot is still plant when you trying to change directions or spin. Look what he did in video.
Agree 100%
DROSE RETURNS FEBUARY 19th!!!! IM FROM CHI CITY AND IT WAS ON THE NEWS ON THE 10:00pm NEWS!!!!!
The shoe had no ankle support for rollovers. It was the shoe thst caused the injury…that is why it was redesigned. I had the same problem in them and stopoed using them. Its not an Adidas thing its a one vadly designed shoe thing. The thing since it was joked about in the NBA was a backlash of “it was a coincidence…It wasnt tge shoe.” Yes…IT WAS! Shumpert was completely unrelated to his shoes. Tired of people not realizing what actually happened to Rose. Go look at it. Rose or any NBA player is not that important to me. I only care about his health so he comes back and entertains me. Other than that in 10 years..I wont even remember his name. It was the lack of ankle support in the shoes…ill care when it puts money in my pocket. Just facts.
Go home, dude. You’re drunk.
LMAO! I’m tellin u, he’s doing this for attention.
dude, Rose pop his ACL. a rolled ankle doesn’t take 6-12 months recovery.
I understand what your saying completely, those crazy lights are soft as hell on the sides and I am currently sidelined because they have no ankle support whatsoever…it seems like every time i step on the court with those on I roll my ankle. So, I would not be surprised if that was what attributed to Rose’s Injury, because once the ankles get weak, so do your knees and the rest of your legs
………. You do know his injury had nothing to do with his ankles…. Right?
LOL!!!
